All Your snippet is saying basically is dynastic language of the Mughals remained chagtai turkish. But dynastic is not the official language. See Ilkhanate for example. Dynastic languages and official languages are different. The section is of official language, either provide the source which specifically calls it "official" or let it be as it is.
