Going through

Re-added the paragraph explicitely stating that it is a poor antipersonnel weapon (barring explosion after going through the victim's body)

Common name?

I have an idea that the SAPHEI designation is more widely used than HEIAP, if that is the case the page should be moved. Roger (talk) 14:02, 15 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
