User rights log

This is a log of changes to user rights performed locally by users ("manual" changes) or by system rules ("automatic" changes). You may enter either or both of:

Performer – the name of the user who changed the rights (just their name)
Target – the name of the user whose rights were changed (written with the prefix User:)

The list of user groups and their associated permissions is on Special:ListGroupRights.

The log does not show:

Changes of rights by stewards (such as checkuser and oversight user rights) – see the meta global rights log (Enter usernames like this: User:Doe@enwiki)
Local rights changes made prior to 24 December 2004 – see Wikipedia:Bureaucrat log.
