Garad Saleban Garad Mohamed Garad Mohamud (Somali: Garaad Saleebaan Garaad Maxamed Garaad Maxamuud) is a clan elder from Somalia. He is one of the senior clan leaders of SICIID HARTI (Dhulbahante) DAAROOD of Somalia Following the outbreak of the civil war in 1991, he was one of the elders (issims) who came together in Garowe in 1998 and established Puntland,[1] The Garaad also participated the establishment of Khatumo State[2] 2012 in Taleh.
