Abdullah Ally Hassan Mwinyi is an advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and a member of the East African Legislative Assembly from 2007 to 2012.[1] On the EALA, he served as chair of Regional Affairs and Conflict Resolution committee.[2] He is also a corporate lawyer.

He is the son of Ali Hassan Mwinyi, the second President of Tanzania.[3]
