List of Power Rangers Beast Morphers characters

Power Rangers Beast Morphers is an American children's television series that airs on Nickelodeon. It is the 2019 entry in the Power Rangers franchise. The show follows Devon Daniels (Rorrie D. Travis), Ravi Shaw (Jazz Baduwalia) and Zoey Reeves (Jacqueline Scislowski) as they are recruited by Grid Battleforce to defend the Morphing Grid from Evox.

Beast Morphers Power Rangers

The Beast Morpher Rangers are government-funded team formed by the Grid Battleforce by mixing the Morph X substance with animal DNA. Blaze and Roxy were the original candidates of Red and Yellow Rangers until Evox corrupted them into his Cybervillains, while Devon and Zoey took their place by accident. The Rangers transform with Beast-X Morpher and individual Morph-X Keys. Although they gain animal abilities, Evox's semi-corruption of their Morph X cause them to receive different weaknesses. Each wields a Beast-X Blaster and Saber, which can be combined into Beast-X Cannon.

Devon Daniels

Devon Daniels is the leader of the Beast Morphers Rangers and the son of Mayor Adam Daniels. Initially, he trespassed in the Morphing Lab to get to Grid Battleforce's Battle Simulator. When the original candidate, Blaze, was rendered comatose by the avatar version created by Evox, he became the Red Beast Morpher Ranger.

As the Red Beast Morpher Ranger, he was fused with cheetah DNA, which allows him to move at super-human speeds, but because Evox semi-corrupted it, he will instantly become frozen whenever he sees or hear anything related to dogs. Devon controls the Beast Racer Zord which has a car form, a linked form when combined with Cruise, a cheetah form, and a sword-wielding battle form. Due to his Zord being the sole means to destroy a Gigadrone, Devon can access the Cheetah Beast Blaster for initiating a finishing move.

Devon Daniels is portrayed by Rorrie D. Travis.

Ravi Shaw

Ravi Shaw is a Grid Battleforce cadet and son of Commander Shaw. Ravi was in a relationship with the original Yellow Ranger candidate Roxy but broke up with her to embrace his duties as a Ranger. He feels regret for pushing her aside after her Avatar's creation left her comatose. He is the only original candidate who is spared from being turned into an avatar when Evox corrupted the system.

As the Blue Beast Morpher Ranger, he was fused with gorilla DNA, which gives him superhuman strength, but because Evox semi-corrupted it, he will overheat and become enraged whenever he overuses it, attacking friend and foe alike. Ravi controls the Beast Wheeler Zord which has an eight-wheeler form, a linked form when combined with Smash, and a gorilla-like form.

Ravi Shaw is portrayed by Jazz Baduwalia.

Zoey Reeves

Zoey Reeves is a former laundry girl at the Grid Battleforce, but became the Yellow Beast Morpher Ranger after Blaze and Roxy were rendered comatose. Zoey's optimistic approach (such as the creation of X-Bikes to solve traffic issues) caught the attention of Mayor Daniels, although her main goal is to impress her reporter mother.

As the Yellow Beast Morpher Ranger, she was fused with jackrabbit DNA, giving her powerful jumping and kicking abilities, but because Evox semi-corrupted it, she'll quickly become exhausted and must consume carrots to replenish her energy. Zoey controls the Beast Chopper Zord which has a helicopter form, a linked form when combined with Jax, and a jackrabbit-like form.

Zoey Reeves is portrayed by Jacqueline Scislowski.

Grid Battleforce

Grid Battleforce is an secret non-government organization that was created to use Morph-X and to keep their enemies from getting their hands on the Morphing Grid.

Commander Shaw

Commander Shaw is the leader of Grid Battleforce and Ravi's mother.

Beast Bots

Beasts Bots are robotic partners of the Beast Morpher Power Rangers, each developed based on their Rangers' animal motifs. When combined with the Rangers' Zords, the Beast Bots provided a Beast Mode as their heads took on the form of control devices.

• Cruise is the cheetah-like sidekick of Devon, who can transform into a motorcycle for his own use. When transforming, his face and "ears" become the speedometer and handles respectively. He also have a tendency of forgetting his own name, because of a short-term memory loss. Voiced by Kelson Henderson.
• Smash is the gorilla-like sidekick of Ravi. Smash has a tendency of giving hugs. Voiced by Charlie McDermott.
• Jax is the jackrabbit-like sidekick of Zoey. Jax has a small dislike for being called "cute." Voiced by Emmett Skilton.

Nate Silva

Nate Silva is a child prodigy who created the Beast-X powers and arsenal at Grid Battleforce. It was due to his quick thinking that allowed Devon, Ravi, and Zoey to gain their powers and protect the Morphing Grid from Evox.

Nate Silva is portrayed by Abraham Rodriguez.

Betty Burke

Betty Burke is a cadet and receptionist at Grid Battleforce.

Betty Burke is voiced by Kristina Ho.

Ben Burke

Ben Burke is a cadet and security officer of Grid Battleforce who works with his sister Betty.

Ben Burke is portrayed by Cosme Flores.

General Burke

General Burke is a member of Grid Battleforce and the father of Betty and Ben. He was the one who provided the hangar to store a deactivated Slicerdrone for research.

General Burke is portrayed by Mark Wright.

Supporting characters

Adam Daniels

Adam Daniels is Devon's father and the strict but responsible Mayor of Coral Harbor who cares for his son. When he talks to Nate about his concerns regarding Morph-X, Daniels states his awareness of villains from other dimensions (such as Rita Repulsa, Sledge, and Galvanax) who have targeted the Rangers' powers and that Grid Battleforce wouldn't be able to stop new villains before he learned of the Beast Morpher Rangers, which caused him to change his mind.

Adam Daniels is portrayed by Kevin Copeland.

Muriel Reeves

Muriel Reeves is the mother of Zoey and a reporter for Channel 10.

Villains

Evox

Evox is a sentient computer virus that speaks through the avatar of a king cobra that he can project into the real world. Evox infiltrated the Grid Battleforce's computer systems with plans to take over the Morphing Grid. His actions created avatar clones of Blaze and Roxy where the original ones fell into a coma, and semi-corrupted the animal DNA. With help from Devon, Ravi, and Zoey, Nate was able to disconnect Evox from the system and use a teleporter to send Evox, Cybervillain Blaze, and Cybervillain Roxy to another dimension.

The three of them landed in the Cyber Dimension where they formed an alliance with Scrozzle in order to obtain enough Morph-X to send Evox back to Coral Harbor.

Evox is voiced by Richard Ewing.

Cybervillain Blaze

Cybervillain Blaze is the Evil Crimson Ranger. While Blaze was in the middle of becoming the Red Beast Morpher Ranger, Evox corrupted the powers which placed Blaze in a coma while Evox gained an avatar version of Blaze to serve him. The side-effect is that Cybervillain Blaze would glitch in and out of existence. He has developed a rivalry with Devon after he was humiliated by him at the Riptide Gym.

Cybervillain Blaze is portrayed by Colby Strong.

Cybervillain Roxy

Cybervillain Roxy is the Evil Yellow Ranger. While Roxy was in the middle of becoming the Yellow Beast Morpher Ranger, Evox corrupted the powers which placed Roxy in a coma while Evox gained an avatar version of Roxy to serve him. The side-effect is that Cybervillain Roxy would glitch in and out of existence. She was originally in a relationship with Ravi before he broke up with her to focus on his duties as a Ranger. She's also devious enough to stage an accident in order to "save" Ravi when he's at the mercy of a Robotron.

Cybervillain Roxy is portrayed by Liana Ramirez.

Note: Cybervillain Roxy's Ranger form is a repainted version of the "Evolve" form of her Japanese equivalent's Escape.

Scrozzle

Scrozzle is a robot and the de facto ruler of the Cyber Dimension who had been laying low from a robot named Vargoyle. When Evox, Cybervillain Blaze, and Cybervillain Roxy arrived in the Cyber Dimension, Scrozzle reluctantly formed an alliance with Evox. He uses his talents to create teleporters to go to and from Coral Harbor, repurposed Morph-X Keys for the Cybervillains to transform and creating Robotrons, and giant Gigadrones that feed on Morph-X.

Scrozzle is voiced by Campbell Cooley.

Tronics

The Tronics are robotic foot soldiers. They were created by Scrozzle to protect him if Vargoyle arrived in the Cyber Dimension and are used by Evox as his foot soldiers. The Tronics have blasters on their arms to shoot lasers from and double as melee weapons.

Robotrons

The Robotrons are robotic monsters that are created by the Robotron Creation Key which infects any item it touches with a virus developed from Evox.

• Cycletron (voiced by Barry Duffield) - A bicycle-themed Robotron created when Scrozzle infected some car tires with his Robotron Creation Key. He possesses super-speed and can shoot lasers from his fingers. Cycletron was instructed to keep the Rangers busy while Scrozzle and Cybervillain Blaze made off with some Morph-X. He was destroyed by Devon's Beast-X Blaster.
• Needletron (voiced by Rowan Bettjeman) - A syringe/medical equipment-themed Robotron created when Cybervillain Blaze infected a bicycle pump. He can fire a needle blast from his arm and can fire a weaker blue blast. Needletron was tasked with the job of stealing Morph-X from X-Bikes. While Needletron was destroyed by Zoey with the Beast-X Cannon, his arm remained intact, which Cybervillain Blaze used to continue his plot. The Rangers would then use their Beast-X Blaster to shoot Needletron's arm in order to fully destroy him.
• Shoveltron (voiced by Andre King) - An excavator-themed Robotron with a shovel-like arm created when Cybervillain Roxy infected an excavator. He can shoot lasers from his arm. In order to obtain the Neural Aligner, Cybervillain Roxy had Shoveltron cause accidents that she would save Ravi from in order think there is still good in her. While Cybervillain Roxy failed to create an evil avatar of Ravi during the fight with Shoveltron, Scrozzle made use of the Neural Aligner and used Shoveltron's data to create Shoveldrone to assist Shoveltron. Shoveltron was destroyed by Zoey and Ravi's Beast-X Blasters.
• Slicertron (voiced by David Van Horn) - A pizza cutter-themed Robotron created when Cybervillain Blaze infected a circular saw. While his saw arm can cut through anything, the blades on his back can also cut through things. In addition, Slicertron can throw circular saws as projectiles. Slicertron was tasked to cut through the Morph-X Towers and steal the Morph-X. Slicertron was destroyed by Ravi and Zoey's Beast-X Blasters.
• Meltatron (voiced by Ashton Brown) - A fire extinguisher-themed Robotron created when Scrozzle infected an acid tank in his possession. He can shoot acid from his nozzle. Meltatron was sent by Scrozzle to accompany Cybervillain Roxy into raiding the secret hangar in order to reactivate Slicerdrone. After the reboot was a success, Cybervillain Roxy started locking down the hanger to trap the Rangers so that Meltatron and Slicerdrone can destroy them. Though Devon escaped. Summoning the Beast Racer Zord, Devon had it assume it's battle mode in order to open the hangar. While the Beast Racer Zord's Battle Mode became engaged with the Meltadrone, Ravi and Zoey fought Meltatron and destroyed him with the Beast-X Blasters. Though Meltatron's destruction provided Scrozzle the diversion to steal some items from the hangar.

Gigadrones

The Gigadrones are giant robotic monsters sent to aid their Robotrons and stealing Morph-X for Evox. When a Robotron is destroyed, Scrozzle will summon a Gigadrone that will take on the appearance of the defeated Robotron when its data is uploaded into the Gigadrone. Some Gigadrones will be dispatched if the Robotron hasn't been destroyed yet.

• Cycledrone (voiced by Barry Duffield) - A Type Alpha Gigadrone. When Cycletron was destroyed, Scrozzle uploaded his data into a Gigadrone, thus creating the Cycledrone. Outside of super-speed and shooting lasers from his arms, Cycledrone also possesses super-strength. He fought the Beast Racer Zord, the Beast Chopper Zord, and Beast Wheeler Zord before being destroyed by the Beast Racer Zord's Battle Mode.
• Needledrone (voiced by Rowan Bettjeman) - A Type Beta Gigadrone. When Needletron was destroyed, Scrozzle uploaded his data into the Gigadrone, thus creating Needledrone. He can fire explosive needles, has super-strength, and drain Morph-X from anything. Needledrone tried to steal Morph-X from a Morph-X Tower only to be stopped by the Beast Wheeler Zord. Needledrone was destroyed by the Beast Racer Zord's Battle Mode.
• Shoveldrone (voiced by Andre King) - A Type Beta Gigadrone that has Shoveltron's arms. He can shoot missiles and use his shovel arm to throw rocks. After getting Shoveltron's data from Scrozzle, Shoveldrone was dispatched to assist Shoveltron in attacking Coral Harbor. While Zoey and Ravi fight Shoveltron, Devon used the Beast Racer Zord's Battle Mode to fight Shoveltron. After Shoveltron was destroyed, Shoveldrone was destroyed by the Beast Racer Zord's Battle Mode.
• Slicerdrone (voiced by David Van Horn) - A Type Gamma Gigadrone. In addition to his saw arm attacks, he can also project a shield, absorb Morph-X with his eyes, and shoot bullets from his left arm. After getting Slicertron's data from Scrozzle, Slicerdrone was dispatched to help Slicertron fight the Rangers. The Beast Racer Zord's Battle Mode shut down Slicerdrone who was transported to a secret hangar. In "Hangar Heist," Nate does some research on the deactivated Slicerdrone in order to work on a project that can detect approaching Gigadrones. When Cybervillain Roxy and Meltatron raid the hangar, they reboot Slicerdrone. When the Beast Racer Zord's Battle Mode redirects the Meltadrone's acid attack to the hangar, Slicerdrone emerges and joins the battle. Both of them are destroyed by the Beast-X Megazord.
• Meltadrone - A Type Beta Gigadrone that has Meltatron's spray arm and chest. Like Meltatron, he can spray acid. At the time when the Beast Racer Zord's Battle Mode was working to open the hangar, Scrozzle used Meltatron's data to create Meltadrone in order to fight the Beast Racer Zord's Battle Mode. It's acid attack melted the swords of the Beast Racer Zord's Battle Mode. Devon uses a trick to have the Meltadrone melt the hangar open which freed the other Rangers and Slicerdrone. Ravi and Zoey summon their Zords to help fight Meltadrone and Slicerdrone. Both of them are destroyed by the Beast-X Megazord.
