Homenetmen Lebanon (Arabic: نادي الهومنتمن Armenian: Հայ Մարմնակրթական Ընդհանուր Միութիւն (ՀՄԸՄ) translated as "Armenian General Union of Body Culture") is a Lebanese-Armenian multi-sports club and Scouting movement with 10 branches in different locations in Lebanon including Beirut, Bourj Hamoud, Antelias, Jounieh, El Mina (near Tripoli), Rawda, Jdeideh, Baouchrieh, Zahlé and Anjar. The club was established in 1924 and is part of the worldwide pan-Armenian Homenetmen organization.
Homenetmen Lebanon has major teams in the various Lebanese leagues most notably in association football, basketball, track and field athletics, table tennis and cycling, amongst others

Homenetmen Beirut is one of the major football clubs in Lebanon. Its team has won the Lebanese Football Championship 7 times (1944, 1946, 1948, 1951, 1955, 1963, 1969 and the Lebanese FA Cup 3 times (1943, 1948, 1962).

Homenetmen Antelias women basketball team is part of the Women Lebanese Basketball League's premier division. They hold the title of the Lebanese Championship for 2015/2016 and 2016/2017, as well as the Arab Club Championship for Women (2017).
