"Hurt Somebody" is a song by Noah Kahan and released on 15 September 2017 as the lead single from his extended play of the same name. The song was written by Kahan and Scott Harris in Nashville and was recorded with Joel Little in Los Angeles.[1] Kahan told Billboard “"Hurt Somebody" is about the paralyzing fear of not being able to cut loose ends - even if it’s ultimately for the greater good.
