Saroba maculicosta is a moth of the Noctuidae family.[1] It is found in Sundaland, Philippines, Papuan Region to Solomon islands and Sri Lanka.[2]

Wingspan is 4cm. Forewings rich, dark, rusty brown in color with one small and two prominent white spots along each forewing costa.[3][4]
