Oxygonitis sericeata is a moth of the Noctuidae family.[1][2] It is found in Indian Subregion, Myanmar, Sumatra, Peninsular Malaysia, Java, Borneo, Philippines, Sulawesi, Australia and Sri Lanka.[3]

Wingspan is about 4cm. Tip of the forewing recurved, and margins have a cusp. Forewings are brown with each have a vague dark patch near the middle. There are two pale transverse lines on forewings. Hindwings brownish, each crossed by one pale line.[4]
