With all of the chaos going on I did not have the time to address your comment in full. There is a difference between how Andrew D. worded his statement, and how SuperCarnivore591 did so. I have nothing against poetry, but when you make almost identical posts on two RfA discussions, and post things like "I'm doing this because I am needed; I have a higher calling. I am the key to the future of the universe, I am the origin of all things." your eyebrows raise as the red flags go off. - Knowledgekid87 (talk) 14:30, 18 December 2015 (UTC)
- @Knowledgekid87: I agree with you, and there was a bit of (edit conflict) for me in that I wrote my first comment before seeing he had trolled both RfAs with the same comment. Thanks for being so civil. Vesuvius Dogg (talk) 14:35, 18 December 2015 (UTC)

DYK for Lena Waithe
On 22 December 2015, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Lena Waithe, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that a white, straight, female character in Master of None was rewritten as a black lesbian after Lena Waithe read for the role? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Lena Waithe. You are welcome to check how many page hits the article got while on the front page (here's how, live views, daily totals), and it may be added to the statistics page if the total is over 5,000. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page. |

Hi, I read your note on my talk page and will try to help you out with this ... but not today. No, a mohel doesn't have to be a rabbi, but they often give him that title out of courtesy for his religious profession. Yoninah (talk) 23:30, 22 December 2015 (UTC)
Wonderful holidays
Merry Christmas and a happy New Year! --Tremonist (talk) 15:26, 23 December 2015 (UTC)
- Many thanks, Tremonist! And may 2016 bring FP status to this wonderful painting by Conrad von Soest. My very best to you Vesuvius Dogg (talk) 18:11, 23 December 2015 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for December 26
Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Slavery in the United States, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Timothy O'Sullivan (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.
