Eurythecta aspistana is a species of moth of the Tortricidae family. It is found in New Zealand. The habitat consists of damp grassy areas.

The wingspan is about 21 mm. The forewings are pale ochreous with a reddish-brown basal patch and a reddish-brown patch with a pale center on the costa. The hindwings are brownish grey. Adults have been recorded on wing in January.[2]
