King's Park is one of the 17 constituencies in the Yau Tsim Mong District.
The constituency returns one district councillor to the Yau Tsim Mong District Council, with an election every four years. At the previous election on 6 November 2011 Edward Leung Wai-keung Independent candidate supported by the Kowloon West New Dynamic, were returned winning by 2 votes over Lam Kin-man of the Association for Democracy and People's Livelihood. Leung was later found had broken the campaign rules and was unseated by the High Court.[1] A by-election will be held.
King's Park constituency is loosely based on the King's Park area in Kowloon.
