Sir Nicholas Wadham (by 1472-1542), was an English politician.

He was born the eldest son of Sir John Wadham of Merrifield, Somerset, succeeded his father in 1502 and was knighted in 1504.

He was a Member (MP) of the Parliament of England for Somerset in 1529.[1] He was appointed High Sheriff of Somerset and Dorset for 1498-99 and 1534-35, High Sheriff of Devon for 1501-1502 and 1514-15 and High Sheriff of Wiltshire for 1516-17.
