Bara Bará Bere Berê (sometimes written without accents as Bara Bara Bere Bere) is a popular Portuguese language Brazilian song. The refrain is a Bahian traditional tune, with folk dance, rhythmic samba and merengue influences.[1]

Early versions

The song enjoyed many live performances[1] by various Brazilian formations in the second half of 2000 (around 2007 onwards). Examples include Aviões do Forró[2][3], Jeito [4] and by Zezinho Desmantelado do Forró[5], Bagaceiros do Forró[6], Real de Ouro[7].

New versions
