The 323d Fighter-Interceptor Squadron is an inactive United States Air Force unit. Its last assignment was with Air Defense Command stationed at Ernest Harmon Air Force Base, Newfoundland. It was inactivated on July 1, 1960
History
Air defense and operational training unit until February 1944, and afterward replacement training unit until April 1944. Air Defense of the Pacific Northwest, 1952–1955; Air Defense of the Upper Midwest, 1955–1957; Air Defense of Northeast North America, 1957–1960.
