The 1983 All-Ireland Senior Football Championship Final was the 96th All-Ireland Final and the deciding match of the 1983 All-Ireland Senior Football Championship, an inter-county Gaelic football tournament for the top teams in Ireland.
Barney Rock scored an 11th-minute goal, while four players (3 Dublin, 1 Galway) were sent off, earning the Dublin team the epithet "The Dirty Dozen".[1]
