The 34th Troop Carrier Squadron is an inactive United States Air Force unit. Its last assignment was with the 315th Troop Carrier Group, based at Brady Air Base, Japan. It was inactivated on 18 January 1955.

Included airborne assaults on Normandy, Holland, and Germany, as well as aerial transportation in ETO and MTO, during World War II. Apparently not manned, 1947-1948. Aerial transportation between Japan and Korea during Korean War.
