Robert G. Emmens (1925-1992) was a Doolittle Raider and a career United States Air Force officer.
As a first lieutenant, Emmens he was a co-pilot on one of the 16 B-25 Mitchell bombers under the command of Colnel James H. Doolittle that were left the carrier USS Hornet (CV-8) to carry out the Tokyo raid on April 18, 1942.
