Cuthona zelandica is a species of small sea slug or aolid nudibranch, a marine gastropod mollusc in the family Aeolidiidae.
Distribution
This species is found at New Zealand's sub-Antarctic Auckland Islands.
Description
This is a small elongated species, with long smooth rhinophores, equalling the cephalic tentacles in length. The dorsal papillae are elongated also, set in about 15 transverse rows.
Coloration is whitish, with the papillae pale brown, white at the tips.
Length is up to 15 mm.
