Calliostoma osbornei is a gastropod mollusc of the family Calliostomatidae, endemic to New Zealand. It is found along the east coast and offshore islands of the North Island, at depths of about 50 m.
The shell is of moderate size, solid, similar to Calliostoma punctulatum, but narrower, with a very tall spire, straight outlines, and more numerous whorls, with only six granose spiral cords.
Coloration is yellowish-brown, with the spiral cords dark reddish-brown between whitish gemmules.
Shell height is up to 32 mm, and width up to 26 mm.
