Epitonium jukesianum is a wentletrap of the family Epitoniidae, endemic to south east Australia and the North Island of New Zealand. It is found in sandy, shallow water in open coast situations.
The shell is small and narrow, with a very slender spire, and sculptured with numerous sharp lamellose axial ribs, about 18 to 20 per whorl, the interstices smooth.
Coloration is a shining white.
Height is up to 13 mm, and width 4 mm.
