@HiLo48 I'm not sure if you're using it, but there's an WP option that will tell you were in the world an IP editor geolocates to when you're looking at an articles edit history. The second I saw UAE, knowing BRS is one of the articles that editor repeatedly goes back to, I knew it was them. After I ran the editor interaction tool it just confirmed it.
