Nandini got separated from her parents when she was a child. ==Conspiracy in Aditya Karikalan Death==
Nandini took a vow to kill Aditya Karikalan. And she joined hands and promised to help Pandya conspirators and Pandya conspirators vowed to kill [[Parantaka Chola II|Sundara Chola]] and his two sons, [[Aditya Chola II|Aditya Karikalan]] and [[Rajaraja I|Arulmozhivarman]].<ref name="IT" /> Nandini married Periya Pazhuvettraiyar and used him to gather support to make her brother Madurantakar as Chola King.<ref name="CE" /> She plans to bring [[Aditya Chola II|Aditya Karikalan]] to Kadambur Palace to revenge her father's death by killing him, as planned Nandini executes her plan and brings back Aditya Karikalan to Kadambur Palace. But the cause of death of Aditya Karikalan is a Unknown in the novel.<ref name="TH" />

==Disapperance in the Novel==
Nandini disappears after the death of Aditya Karikalan, she leaves Periya Pazhuvettaraiyar, Azhwarkadiyan Nambi in Kollimalai.<ref name="TH" />
Later after few years Prince [[Rajaraja I|Arulmozhivarman]] meets her in a village where she lives hiding. She reveals the truth behind Aditya Karikalan death to [[Rajaraja I|Arulmozhivarman]].<ref name="TH" />
