Statement by Danielbr11
I am trying to edit the article to show 150 million as maximum estimate for Mass killings under communist regimes by providing The following peer reviewed scholarly sources https://scholar.google.com/scholar?hl=en&as_sdt=0%2C28&q=The+Russian+GULAG+Understanding+the+Dangers+of+Marxism+Combined+With+Totalitarianism&btnG= (https://digitalcommons.liberty.edu/cgi/viewcontent.cgi?article=1350&context=honors) https://www.jstor.org/stable/24563310?seq=1 even a third backup source https://www.fff.org/explore-freedom/article/disaster-red-hundredth-anniversary-russian-socialist-revolution/ Even if necessary this fourth source from harvard says 162 million communism deaths between mao and stalin. https://www.thecrimson.com/article/2003/4/29/predatory-politics-what-was-the-greatest/

In the policies below it is stated non neutral sources are allowed its simply the editing such as sentence phrasing in the article that must be neutral. The article has both points of view because it has a minimim estimate AND a maximum estimate. My edit is simply a number. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Neutrality_of_sources https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:NPOV_means_neutral_editing,_not_neutral_content In fact look what it says here under achieving neutrality https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Neutral_point_of_view it says "As a general rule, do not remove sourced information from the encyclopedia solely on the grounds that it seems biased." And here https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Reliable_sources it says "Wikipedia articles are required to present a neutral point of view. However, reliable sources are not required to be neutral, unbiased, or objective. Sometimes non-neutral sources are the best possible sources for supporting information about the different viewpoints held on a subject." Again the article shows both point of views as minimum and maximum estimates.

The three other users have been violating the above policies by deleting my edits simply because they view my sources as biased.

The volunteer in the dispute resolution noticeboard refused to make a decision to enforce the policies on sources below.Danielbr11 (talk) 02:49, 9 February 2021 (UTC)

Statement by Nightenbelle
This in no way belongs here. It was suggested they go to the rs notice board or an rfc. Basically this editor is mad that multiple users have told them their sources aren’t reliable and they are looking for any venue that will give them their way. Nightenbelle (talk) 02:48, 9 February 2021 (UTC)

Statement by Rklahn
Agree with Nightenbelle. Arbitration is horrifically premature. A few points in response:
:*I have not violated any WP policy. I have tried to engage in a conversation about why the the sources are not reliable. I would go as far as to say the consensus on this point seems to be with me.
:*The Volunteer in DRN made a decision. Danielbr11 apparently does not like the decision, and has not taken any of the suggested steps in the decision. Instead, we are here.
:*The sources are, in fact, not reliable and do not support the proposed edit.
I would summarily decline this case. Rklahn (talk) 03:31, 9 February 2021 (UTC)

First observation on List of Death Tolls case
The filing party has also opened a thread at WP:ANI,
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Administrators%27_noticeboard/Incidents#Volunteer_fabricating_policies
The title of the thread is incorrect, but there is no need for a case to be heard here while the conduct dispute (arising from this content dispute) is being handled by the community at WP:ANI. I may provide an expansion of this statement if it becomes necessary.

Statement by Deepfriedokra
*Recommend decline, of course. OP is running amok in search of a different answer from the one already received. The thread they started on ANI is the venue for this matter. --<b><span style="color:black">Deep</span><span style="color:red">fried</span><span style="color:DarkOrange">okra</span> (<span style="color:black">talk</span>)</b> 13:33, 9 February 2021 (UTC)

*This doesn't fit under our remit - as the very final point of dispute resolution, for long term disputes that the community cannot handle on its own. I do not believe we're at that point.
