- 10:3010:30, 26 September 2018 diff hist −411 V. S. Ramachandran NeuroEl - your claim that much of Ramachandran's work is controversial and that he is best known for grand speculations is false, harmful and potentially libellous with possible legal implications. Your editing history (emphasis on portraying the Ramachandran as highly controversial and repeatedly deleting well-sourced references of praise) suggests a conflict of interest, which makes you unfit as a WIKI editor. Someone from the WIKI editorial team ought to step in and assess the situation. Tag: Visual edit

- 20:4720:47, 3 September 2018 diff hist +684 V. S. Ramachandran Again your recent edit does not make sense! NeuroEL you have basically deleted the reference that Ramachandran was listed among the "Century Club" one of the most prominent people to watch in the next century; and that he was listed as number 50 in the [[Top 100 Public Intellectuals Poll. If such information is not to be mentioned on a WIKI page then where is it supposed to be mentioned? Why do you keep deleting such important detail from his page?! You are supposed to be neutral!! - 15:1715:17, 3 September 2018 diff hist +573 V. S. Ramachandran Please stop deleting the TIME 100 Magazine reference from Dr Ramachran's WIKI profile! It makes no sense, you have done so several times now, including in the past. How can this be out of date? It is perhaps the most notable aspect of his biography. If you feel that mentioning this is irrelevant please go and also delete this TIME MAGAZINE reference from Steven Pinker and Arrianna Huffington's page, why only this page? Please be objective and neutral in your edits across all subjects on WIKI. Tag: Undo
- 14:0614:06, 3 September 2018 diff hist +573 V. S. Ramachandran NeurEl - I have undone your revision. Please do not remove the TIME magazine 100 most influential people in world listing. It makes absolutely no sense. Why would you remove such an important aspect of his biography? You have done so in the past well. I re-iterate that it is appropriate to highlight such distinctions early on in the bio. This follows the biographical styles of other prominent figures on WIKI! Tag: Undo
- 05:4205:42, 3 September 2018 diff hist 0 V. S. Ramachandran I re-iterate that it is appropriate to highlight such distinctions (especially when selected by Dr Tom Insel director of NIMH for TIME MAGAZINE) early on in the bio. This simply follows the biographical styles of other prominent figures and scientists on WIKI, such as Chomsky, Pinker and Huffington. See their WIKI for detail. It makes no sense to apply a different rule to Ramachandran's page. Tag: Visual edit

However, consistent with the WiKi pages of Steven Pinker, Chomsky and Arriana Huffington, it is perfectly reasonable to present newspaper listings (e.g., TIME magazine) at the beginning of the page as they are highly representative of the subject in question.
