  • 07:1107:11, 19 January 2024 diff hist +18 m Alan White (Yes drummer)Previous user changes ("Newcastle" to "Seattle") were unnecessary and inaccurate. White died at his home in Newcastle, Washington, and the information card at the top of the article states as much. None of the articles used as sources say he died in Seattle, with only some using "Seattle-area".

Date of establishment is somewhere between 1878-1880 according to Newcastle Historical Society and King County Records. The King County historic marker on the gate of the cemetery gives a date of 1880.

  • 20:3720:37, 3 August 2022 diff hist +1,659 Newcastle, WashingtonAn edit correcting the etymology of the name Newcastle in reference to the town in King County, Washington. Source was retrieved from "Origin of Washington Geographic Names", available in several places online. The book was published in 1923 by Edmond S. Meany and includes direct sourcing from where the information was obtained; with one of the main sources (especially for small locations) being letters between residents. I submit this edit on behalf of the Newcastle Historical Society.
