This wasn't a real concern they cared about, it wasn't even true as what I wrote in the Yuji Naka article was directly translated from the existing citation, they probably just want their account to be autoconfirmed or gain access to the Wikipedia Library. It doesn't appear to be ice Ih which isn't that common outside of Earth and doesn't form at such low pressures and temperatures, Enceladus is known to have low-density amorphous ice and may have ice XI due to the low pressure and temperature, with crystalline ices being more common in the cracks
