If one was to write "Bsc (Hons)" on a passport application form for example, this would not be included on the documentation by the passport office. However, the initials "Phd" would on a separate page known as "Observations". Just thought I should clear this issue up.
  • 22:2722:27, 1 December 2020 diff hist +6 OLYLetters at the end of a name when one gets a degree are not recognised in legal documentations, even if one was to use it on the application form. They are used by the recipient in business when writing letters or on business cards, but are not recognised legally unlike a "OLY" or "CBE" for example.
