How about a third bar like the bars for Western Tokyo and Special Wards, with a background color such as blue. It can go beneath either Western Tokyo or Special Wards. Beneath the bar, the words "(not shown)" on one line, and then the numbered list of cities, towns and villages on the islands. As Western Tokyo omits districts, omit subprefectures in favor of incorporated municipalities. Fg2 (talk) 12:06, 29 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
