Meiocardia is a genus of marine bivalves in the family Glossidae.[2][4]
Species
[edit]As of 2024, WoRMS classifies the following six extant species as belonging to Meiocardia:[2]
- Meiocardia cumingi (A. Adams, 1864)
- Meiocardia hawaiana Dall, Bartsch & Rehder, 1938
- Meiocardia moltkiana (Gmelin, 1791)
- Meiocardia samarangiae Bernard, Cai & Morton, 1993
- Meiocardia sanguineomaculata (Dunker, 1882)
- Meiocardia vulgaris (Reeve, 1845)
There are also a number of species only known from the fossil record:[2]

- †Meiocardia floridana (Dall, 1900)
- †Meiocardia septemcostata Wanner & Hahn, 1935
