Not actually a mass grave...[edit]

The title of the photo is misleading. It's technically not a mass grave. The graves are individual.

It is evidence of mass mortality (presumably famine mortality), but that's a different thing. Each child has been given an individual burial. That's significant.

A more accurate title might be <<Fresh graves of children in Dadaab>>.
