MOSFET Diagram[edit]
Although I really like the diagram of the MOSFET and the way its rendered as a 3 dimensional model, I became confused by the way the body is rendered. The base of the body material has a shadow, which makes it appear as though the MOSFET body is made of two discrete materials, one section between the drain and source, and another below the drain and source terminals.
Which software was used?[edit]
