The Ibadis in Bahrain and South Lebanon is, of course, a mistake. СЛУЖБА (talk) 22:55, 28 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

mistakes

[edit]

This has so many mistakes it should be taken off. Where are south asia's hanbalis? Where are arabia's other schools and their shia in the east and zaidis in the south?!129.67.55.151 (talk) 14:02, 26 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

This map is INACCURATE on so many levels

[edit]
  1. India is not fully Hanafi - South India and Sri Lanka is mostly Shaf'i
  2. UAE is not really Shaf'i - Dubai and Abu Dhabi are Maliki, while Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah are mainly Hanbali
  3. Sudan is mainly Maliki.
  4. As someone pointed above, Bahrain is Maliki/Hanbali - there are no Ibadis there!
  5. Yemen has some population of Ibadis although not a majority.

I could go on and on, I suggest this image be taken down and replaced with a more accurate picture. --Shijaz (talk) 16:13, 17 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
