Please advise, that i have asked for permission to use this photo (Some rights required). I may have tagged the photo wrong, what should i do?

The permission on Flickr is insufficient: the image is still unfree. The licence is only for Wikipedia, and there is additionally a non-commercial licence (CC-BY-NC-SA 2.0). Permission must be given for any use, see {{db-f3}}. This essentially makes the image non-free. The image shows a person who is still alive, but Wikipedia doesn't accept non-free photos of people who are still alive (see WP:NFCC#UUI §1), so this image won't survive on Wikipedia as an unfree image either. Try asking the Flickr user if he would be willing to change the licence to for example CC-BY 2.0 or CC-BY-SA 2.0 (which are both available somewhere in the Flickr menus). --Stefan2 (talk) 13:57, 21 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
