Replaceable fair use[edit]

This image is not replaceable as the subject has passed away, and there can be no free equivalents. While the commons does have an image gallery (see http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Maria_Callas), a close inspection reveals that these licenses are fraudulent, as they claim pd-old when it doesn't apply or claim pd when it doesn't apply.
