Purpose of use in article (WP:NFCC#8)	This photo illustrates the wreckage and destruction of the Ugandan convoy along the Lira-Gulu road at the hands of Tanzanian-UNLF forces. The attack on the convoy was the central event to the Battle of Lira.
Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	The war is many years past and thus there are no known remains of the battle that could be photographed. Most if not all photos taken during the time period are currently under copyright and will be so for many years.
