Summary

Description
English: View of the molecular clouds in W40 as seen by Herschel/SPIRE at 500 µm. Overlaid are young stars from the "MYStIX Probable Complex Member Catalog" (Feigelson et al. 2013; Broos et al. 2013). Herschel is an ESA space observatory with science instruments provided by European-led Principal Investigator consortia and with important participation from NASA.
