Description USS YMS-143
English: The United States Navy auxiliary motor minesweeper when new. On 17 May 1945, during Project Hula, the United States transferred her to the Soviet Navy in which, as T-522, she took part in the Soviet conquest between 11 and 25 August 1945 of the Japanese province of Karafuto on southern Sakhalin Island. T-522 served in the Soviet Navy until stricken in July 1956.
