Description
English: Torksey Lock The entrance to the Fossdyke Navigation from the River Trent.

The Fossdyke Navigation was built by the Romans around 120 AD and is the oldest artificial waterway in the country still navigable. It connects the River Trent to Boston some 43 miles away.
