Summary

Description
English: The Mansion House at Coley Park. Now the Outpatients Department of the Berkshire Independent Hospital. Built in the early 1800s as a private residence on a country estate, its original name was Coley House. Requisitioned in World War 2, it was subsequently occupied by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food which vacated the house in the 1980s. After several years of vandalism and decay, the Grade II listed property was restored and extended by the hospital's owners and reopened for use in 1997.
