Description	This is the crest of Q.T.V., a fraternity formed on the campus of the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 1869. Occasional early yearbook photos would hint at a shield-type crest design on a banner held by the members in their group shot photo, with the same center diamond insignia as this image. However, this image's column top motif is the design that was used for many decades as an identifying crest in the campus yearbooks. The black (or Brown) diamond shape appears to be the group's active member pin.

Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	From a screen capture, I cropped the image severely, color-corrected and reduced it by another 40%.
