Purpose of use in article (WP:NFCC#8)	The picture shows the authors of Death-Day, whose ideas, inspirations and history are thoroughly described in the article. The picture shows the authors shortly after the first publication of Death-Day as well, making the picture historically notable.
Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	No free photographs of Hiti and Midthun exist, and both people seem to have fallen off the radar, with Hiti having quit his career in comics entirely.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	The image is cropped and of low quality. It is only used in one article and is only used once in said article. It is the only image of Hiti and Midthun in use on Wikipedia.
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	The image (this version being cropped) is of low quality and won't be used by Comic Book Resources for commercial reasons.
