English: Photograph of Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, being greeted by the Premier of New South Wales, Joseph Cahill and Esmey Cahill on arrival at the David Jones Elizabeth Street Store, Sydney, for the State Dinner, 4 February 1954. The dinner was held in the David Jones "The Great Restaurant" on the Seventh Floor. Premier Cahill and the Duke of Edinburgh are in Full evening dress. Prince Philip is wearing the sash and star of the Order of the Garter and medals in miniature. Cahill is wearing the George VI and Elizabeth II Coronation Medals in miniature. Esmey Cahill is wearing the Elizabeth II Coronation Medal in the Ladies bow. The Queen is wearing a dress designed by Norman Hartnell of mimosa yellow tulle, mounted on many petticoats, and embroidered with sprays of wattle and acacia leaves. She is wearing the riband and star of the Order of the Garter. An unnamed David Jones doorman holds the door open of the Royal Tour Daimler Landaulet limousine.
