This image is being used in Murder of Jan Pawel Pietrzak. It is probable subject to copyright, but I feel its use qualifies as fair use because:

1. it is being used to identify the subjects of the article, Jan Pawel Pietrzak and Quiana Jenkins-Pietrzak;
2. the subjects are deceased and no free alternative can be created or is known to exist;
3. the photograph has no commercial value;
4. its use here is purely encyclopedic and for educational use only.
