I (MihaS) have uploaded this image, Noviforum.gif, here. Though the picture is subject to copyright, I feel it is covered by the Slovenian fair use laws for this page alone because:

1. it is a low resolution copy of a logo;
2. it contributes to the article significantly;
3. no free equivalent is available at this time
