永通萬國。Yong Tong Wan Guo (Everlasting Circulation in Ten thousand kingdoms). Hartill 13.32.

A lovely and highly admired calligraphy. The northern Zhou was the strongest of the period known as the northern southern Dynasties following the fall of the Jin 晋 Dynasty in the 5th century. Eventually a general named Yang Jian overthrew the Northern Zhou and established the Sui 隋 Dynasty and United China for the first time after centuries of division.
