De courant, 21-01-1915: "Aanwezig waren: voor Zweden de Rijksdagafgevaardigden Hjalman Branting, Hermann Lindquist, Ernst Soderberg, alsmede de partijsecretaris Fr. Strom; uit Noorwegen de Storthingsabgeordneter Magnus Nilssen, de redacteur Jac. Bidner, de voorzitter der Centrale Vakvereenigingen Ole O. Lian, en de secretaris Sverre Iversen; uit Nederland de Tweede Kamerleden Troelstra en Vliegen, het lid der Eerste Kamer Van Kol en de wethouder van Amsterdam Wibaut; uit Denemarken de Kamerleden Sigvald Olsen, F. F. Borgbjerg en Th. Stauning en de voorzitter der Centrale Vakvereenigingen Carl F. Madsen. De voor Italië benoemde afgevaardigde Odino Morgari, was bij de opening van het congres nog niet aanwezig."
