The woman symbolizing Lithuania blows a trumpet with a quote from the letters of Grand Duke Gediminas written in 1323: "Sooner iron will melt into wax, and water will turn into a rock than we will revoke our words" (Pirma geležis sutirps į vašką, ir vanduo pavirs uola, negu ištartą savo žodį mes atšauksime)
