Description
English: Monument to William Murray, Lord Mansfield, (1705-1793) in the west aisle of the north transept of Westminster Abbey, London. The marble monument is by John Flaxman, was erected in 1801 and has Mansfield in judges robes seated on a pedestal flanked by figures representing Justice and Wisdom, holding a law book, and with a figure of Death to the rear.
